        Manager – Strategy Office – Financial Research

        Join our Financial Research team in Hyderabad

        We are looking for an inquisitive and resourceful individual to join the Strategy Office (FSO) of the Financial Research group in Hyderabad, India. The FSO team supports the strategic and operational needs of the business group by collaborating with the business heads of the group. Structured thought process, organization skills, and effective communication are the most critical attributes of the team in supporting the business unit heads and other senior members of the group. The FSO team is expected to have exceptional relationship management skills as they work on multiple cross-functional projects, liaising with a diverse set of teams. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact by optimizing practices and processes at the group level.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will work closely with stakeholders on various strategic priorities and partner with senior members on multiple projects and ongoing day-to-day tasks. The role will include managing overall program tracking and following up on business priorities and action items to ensure timely completion. Furthermore, you will be expected to observe and identify opportunities for improving group-level practices and processes, contributing to the enhancement of operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage relationships across teams will be crucial in this role. You will be responsible for developing metrics and maintaining data to create insightful dashboards for leadership. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and data insights for group and firm-level projects.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic Qualifications: 

        • MBA (equivalent master’s) degree with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience
        • Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
        • Demonstrated learning agility and a willingness to learn on the job
        • Robust analytical and presentation skills

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • Prior experience in a CXO office or PMO role
        • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
