        Join our Human Capital team in Hyderabad

        We are seeking a bright and resourceful candidate to join our Human Resources (HR) team based in Hyderabad. The HR team is responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit processes. Additionally, the team oversees recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee engagement, statutory compliance, organizational design, manpower planning, benefits, and policies, as well as analytics and reporting.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will lead and manage the HR team at DESRI, providing guidance, support, and mentorship and pitch in hands-on as required. You will develop and implement HR strategies and roadmaps aligned with DESRI’s business objectives. You will address employee grievances, manage conflicts, conduct difficult conversations, and navigate complex situations. Acting as a coach and advisor to senior leaders, you will provide HR guidance and support while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will oversee recruitment processes to ensure right-fit staffing, engage in manpower planning and budgeting, and manage talent development programs and performance management processes. Ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations, benefits administration, and HRIS management, you will stay updated on regulations and ensure compliance. Driving organizational development initiatives, you will facilitate workforce planning, organizational design, and change management, managing employee sentiments during transitions. Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, you will ensure a seamless experience by developing effective onboarding programs and managing exit processes. You will prepare reports on HR metrics and performance for senior management, lead initiatives to enhance engagement and foster a positive culture, and implement programs to promote well-being, satisfaction, and productivity. You will stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant innovations into the HR function to ensure HR functions are effective, strategic, and aligned with the company’s long-term goals

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic Qualifications: 

        • A postgraduate degree in HR, with 8 - 12 years of HR Generalist experience. Someone who has exposure to end-to-end facets of Human Resource Management - Business Partnering (BP), Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Development (TD), Employee Engagement (EE), Organizational Development (OD) and Performance Management, HR Operations, Compliance, Benefits and HR Analytics
        • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with exceptional leadership, management, and organizational abilities
        • Expertise in handling employee grievances and conflicts and should have a solid grasp over HR policies, processes, and compliance
        • The ability to manage stakeholders effectively, acting as a coach and advisor, and navigating difficult conversations and challenging scenarios
        • A commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and incorporate relevant innovations into the HR function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
        • The capacity to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment, and manage the challenges associated with organizational transitions and change management
        • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to plan and execute projects with creativity and drive
        • Proficiency in MS Office
        • Attention to detail, creative thinking, and exceptional analytical skills
        • A proactive nature, possess an excellent sense of ownership and accountability, have excellent problem-solving skills, and foster a positive work culture
