        We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team in Hyderabad, India. This team is responsible for driving the annual compensation review cycle, wherein the compensation strategy and the year-end compensation raises are finalized. Additionally, the team is also responsible for developing the annual budget and rolling forecasts, tracking actual trends, and monitoring the financial performance of the firm. Lastly, the team also caters to various ad-hoc financial and non-financial projects/analysis from time to time.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this position, you will be spearheading the annual compensation review exercise and working in close tandem with the business leaders of the firm to design compensation plans that align with the company’s strategic goals. You will be driving the benchmarking of industry compensation data and recommend compensation ranges and year-end increment raises that would help the firm to attract and retain high-quality talent. You will be working on the firm-wide budget and periodic forecasting process and will be responsible for analyzing headcount and expense trends. You will also be conceptualizing and creating financial/non-financial dashboards and simulation models that meet the dynamic business requirements. Furthermore, you will be leading a small team of manager/analysts.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic qualifications:

        • An MBA degree in Human Resources/Finance and have 5-10 years of experience in compensation planning and management or similar role.

        • The ideal candidate should be able to accurately interpret and analyze large volume of data, have excellent eye for detail and hold good written and verbal communication skills.

        • Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure with tight, non-negotiable timelines and have prior team management experience.

        • Candidate should have a self-driven approach, possess a strong sense of ownership and demonstrate good stakeholder management capabilities.

        • The candidate should have the ability to independently conceptualize solutions for unstructured queries and drive projects

        • The candidate should have hands-on experience working on HRIS and Power BI/ other reporting tools.
