        Associate Director - Talent Development

        We are looking for an accomplished and insightful candidate to lead Talent Development for India, based in the Firm's office in Hyderabad. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function while working closely with the firm's leadership. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to design, enable, and implement a talent development roadmap and strategy. This individual will lead change through various initiatives, build and develop processes, and drive technical and non-technical talent development agendas, including Talent Development (TD) operations. The role involves contributing at both strategic and hands-on levels, influencing the talent development strategy, and shaping the culture and values of the Firm. Leading a team, the candidate will mentor, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring the team's skills align with business objectives.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will develop and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy aligned with DESIS business goals. Additionally, you will provide advisory support and guidance to business units on learning and development initiatives, ensuring these initiatives support overall business objectives. You will gather and analyze input from various stakeholders to identify and translate learning needs into effective and impactful learning solutions. Moreover, you will use various methods to identify talent development needs, including assessment tools and talent review discussions. You will collaborate with business groups to design and execute talent development strategies and capability building plans. Furthermore, you will lead a team of Talent Development specialists to create and deliver learning solutions and programs addressing business learning needs, including structured onboarding for new hires, and upskilling for experienced employees. You will align training, mentoring, and coaching initiatives to build a robust pipeline of skilled leaders within the organization. In addition, you will oversee the delivery of technical and behavioral learning solutions and programs, whether in-person or virtual, ensuring that learning offerings effectively address domain-specific, technical, and behavioral learning needs. You will collaborate with internal technical experts to ensure that learning content remains current, relevant, and accurate. Besides, you will streamline learning processes, platforms, and practices to enhance learner experience and effectiveness. You will oversee learning solution delivery and operations. Lastly, you will utilize data-driven insights, analysis, and reporting to assess and improve offerings, programs, and processes. You will also manage vendor relationships to ensure the effective delivery of external learning solutions.

        Who we’re looking for

        • A Master’s degree in Human Resources, with over 14 years of talent development experience and a deep knowledge of Competency Frameworks, Organizational Development, Manager and Leadership Development
        • Experience in leading a team of learning professionals to create and deliver learning solutions and programs
        • Proficiency in managing operations and optimizing learning and training processes
        • An exceptional passion for talent development with a strategic approach to designing learning experiences that boost engagement and retention
        • Creative thinking skills with the ability to introduce innovative perspectives and solutions
        • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
        • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in analyzing data, identifying trends, and making data-informed recommendations
        • Proven leadership capabilities, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members to create an environment of growth and continuous learning
        • The ability to be self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working autonomously with discretion
        • The capability to multitask effectively and lead confidently in dynamic and ambiguous situations
