        Analyst/Senior Analyst – Treasury (Financial Resource Management)

        Join our Financial Operations team in Hyderabad

        We are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst for the ‘Financial Resource Management’ (FRM), a vertical within the global Treasury team in Financial Operations (FinOp), to join our firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The team is responsible for modeling and analyzing the financial resource consumption our business has at our bank counterparties. The FRM team adopts a data-driven and analytical approach to counterparty engagement and allocation strategy.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will build a sound understanding of key data points, including the firm’s trades, positions, exposure, margin, financing, and related computations such as risk-weighted assets (RWA), balance sheet, capital, liquidity, and return on equity (ROE). You will establish methods to source, track, and maintain these data points and develop internal reports to compare data across key counterparties, including monthover-month and quarter-over-quarter comparisons supplemented with visualizations. You will also support scenario analysis by creating sample portfolios based on business cases, consolidating, and comparing results of multiple scenarios, and developing standardized ways of analyzing and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making. Additionally, you will also collaborate with the technology team to develop platforms and tools for reporting and analysis, streamline workflow, and enhance user experience.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic Qualifications: 

        • A master’s degree in finance with 0-4 years of work experience in an investment bank, ideally within the Treasury, FRM, or Global Markets departments
        • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail, including when using large data sets
        • Effective written and verbal communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to draft management reports
        •  Exceptional theoretical and hands-on understanding of investment products including, equities, fixed income, derivatives, and currencies

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI
