        Join our Financial Research team in Hyderabad

        We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join the DESRI team based at the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will be a part of DESRI’s Executive Assistant team and will regularly interact with the U.S. and Hyderabad-based teams, as well as external parties. The Executive Assistant (EA) team at DESRI provides comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient management of schedules, meetings, and communications.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and applying digital signatures on behalf of executives after obtaining their approval. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition to schedule interviews and with the Travel desk to arrange flights, hotels, and cab tickets. Additionally, you will coordinate with various teams for international travel, including working with Finance for Per Diem and Immigration for invitation letters. Your duties will also include organizing team events and townhalls and providing visitor support, ensuring all logistical and administrative requirements are met. You will process expense reimbursements, oversee budgets, and provide general administrative support, including ad-hoc tasks and event coordination. Furthermore, you will handle a wide range of executive assistant tasks, prioritize tasks, maintain records, and liaise with internal and external parties.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic qualifications:

        • A bachelor’s/master’s degree with 1 to 3 years of professional experience as an executive assistant
        • Proven mastery of Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong stakeholder management skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.
        • The ability to excel at working both autonomously and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and handling confidential information with utmost discretion
        • Ownership over their work product, being adept at managing their time, and having a willingness to learn
