        Senior Specialist - Talent Development

        Join our Human Capital team in Hyderabad

        We are seeking an accomplished and insightful candidate to join our Hyderabad-based Talent Development team as a Senior Specialist. This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent growth opportunities within the Human Capital function. The candidate will collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners and other key stakeholders, actively contributing to the firm's talent development. Additionally, the candidate will gain exposure to various training processes, collaborate with high-caliber colleagues, and lead projects independently.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will partner with colleagues in the talent development team to create a coherent learning strategy. Additionally, you will generate ideas and initiate projects to influence stakeholders to see the value of learning engagements for continuous improvement and to set a learning culture. You will consult business leaders and HR business partners to understand people-related challenges, business context, and determine the nature of learning intervention required. Furthermore, you will define the scope of learning engagements, articulate the expected outcomes using measurable language, and secure alignment from the business. You will own the learning design process and create engaging solutions that consider the appropriate medium of learning for the audience. To enhance the learning experience, you will research the latest learning approaches to be utilized in program design. You will also create and curate learning content for skill building across various mediums, such as instructor-led and self-paced learning. In collaboration with internal and external learning partners and vendors, you will contextualize learning solutions with appropriate business scenarios. Working closely with the learning operations team, you will oversee the flawless delivery and deployment of learning solutions, drive learner participation, and ensure program completion. You will facilitate select learning programs, both in-person and virtual, in a manner that is both engaging and effective. In addition, you will design and conduct robust assessments of learning programs, perform periodic audits, and leverage data to measure and improve program effectiveness. You will analyze data and create insightful reports on learning impact for stakeholders. Furthermore, you will drive necessary actions to improve learning experience and effectiveness across levels. Finally, you will maintain a knowledge management repository of learning material and vendor information for future reference.

        Who we’re looking for

        • An MBA in human resources with over 3 to 5 years of work experience in talent development
        • Experience in designing instructor-led and online learning programs, including facilitator, participant guides, and learning job aids
        • A strategic mindset and approach towards creating learning experiences that improve learner engagement and retention levels
        • A passion for the talent development domain as well as robust networking and stakeholder management skills
        • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to learn quickly and execute with discipline and keen attention to detail
        • The ability to collaborate and work with employees at all levels of the organization
        • Proficiency with MS Office
        • Knowledge of articulate storyline and psychometric assessments is desirable
        • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders
        • The ability to work in a fast-moving, high-energy, and highly collaborative environment
