        Senior Specialist - Corporate Social Responsibility - Human Capital

        We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team in Hyderabad or Gurugram. The CSR team shapes and implements the firm's social responsibility strategy. The team evaluates, executes, and manages CSR programs and projects in alignment with the firm’s areas of focus and organizes employee engagement initiatives that promote a culture of social responsibility and sustainability within the firm.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        You will be involved in shaping and implementing the firm’s CSR strategies in compliance with CSR laws and in alignment with the firm’s focus areas. You will assess and recommend potential projects, considering their long-term impact and feasibility. Accordingly, you will follow a thorough due diligence process to ensure that the selected programs are scalable, sustainable, and innovative. You will be responsible for engaging with non-profits and fostering partnerships to enhance the impact of CSR efforts. You will ensure effective program management and timely execution of projects, along with reporting the impact of CSR activities. Additionally, you will be involved in encouraging employee participation in CSR activities and initiatives. You will organize volunteer programs, fundraising events, workshops, donation drives, and more to promote a culture of social responsibility and sustainability within the firm. You will be required to stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments in CSR. You will be expected to incorporate innovative approaches and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic qualifications:

        • 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing CSR initiatives for firms
        • An excellent understanding of CSR laws and regulations
        • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
        • Outstanding research, planning, and execution capabilities
        • The ability to work autonomously and being result-driven and solution-oriented
        • The willingness to manage high-impact, challenging projects, with necessary project management abilities
        • A keen eye for identifying internal opportunities and understanding of evolving market practices

         

        Preferred qualifications:

        • A degree in social impact, CSR, or associated fields
