        Senior Member, Tech/Frontend Web Infrastructure Engineer (DJS)

        Join our Front Office Tech team in Hyderabad or Bengaluru

        We are currently seeking an experienced Front End Software Engineer to join our Front Office R&D team based in the firm’s offices in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. This team is dedicated to building highly scalable and robust web infrastructure using the latest web technologies, with around 200 web applications running in production on this infrastructure. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and cutting-edge environment, working alongside a talented group of developers and engineers.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of products, including modern build tools, scalable web components, mobile infrastructure and development, real-time infrastructure using Web Workers and Web Assembly, complex business components, dev productivity tools, deployment tools, elastic-based search components, and many other interesting products. Your role will be vital in ensuring that we build high-quality products that are used by almost everyone in the firm. Additionally, as a mentor, you will be responsible for guiding junior developers and engineers who share a passion for building innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in setting up the team's vision and building products with the end user in mind, all while maintaining a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.

        Who we’re looking for

        • Candidate should have a Bachelor’s or equivalent Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
        • The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of stellar experience in Web Technologies, with a keen interest in research and problem-solving
        • The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
        • The candidate should possess significant experience in Web Technologies preferably React
        • Candidate should have an experience in building scalable and robust infrastructure with exceptional design skills as well as exhibit the ability to build complex components with intuitive API
        • Candidate with prior exposure in mentoring junior developers and performing code reviews will have an added advantage
