        Join our Front Office Tech team in Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Gurugram

        We are looking for exceptional developers to join our Jsh team based in the firm’s office in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Gurugram offices. As a member of the team, you will get to work on the system that acts as frontend for the firm’s analytical, portfolio, risk management, and optimization engine for majority of the discretionary strategies. The team focuses on making this functionality available in real time by reengineering the current architecture and design. The team also supports our quant, portfolio managers, and traders’ requirements by adding necessary support to the engine and building various tools.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        As a member of the team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of a vaguely defined major business problem or product vision and translate it into an executable technical design and roadmap/plan to solve the problem or realize the product vision. You will be responsible to design, develop, and implement distributed systems that process large volumes of data from diverse applications, focusing on scalability, performance efficiency, and fault-tolerance. You will also be required to demonstrate technical skills to go very deep or broad in solving classes of problems or creating solutions working with different integrated applications. You will further be responsible for coaching, guiding, and mentoring various engineers working across different efforts by providing oversight and direction.

        Who we’re looking for

        • Candidate should have a Bachelor’s or equivalent Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
        • Expertise in React and Redux, coupled with a deep understanding of JavaScript and knowledge of module bundler
        • A passion for the latest web technologies, with keen interest in leveraging these to enhance our existing infrastructure
        • A solid grasp of web technologies, along with a keen inclination for research and problem-solving
        • The ability to set team goals and measure success through quantifiable results
        • A proven ability to execute tasks and fulfill predefined objectives
        • Excellent technical and design skills for building scalable web-based products, with the ability to mentor junior developers
        • Communication skills to effectively understand and address stakeholder concerns
        • Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and experience in creating complex components with intuitive API
        • Excellent problem-solving skills, great written and verbal communication, and a passion for engineering excellence
        • Experience in building robust and scalable infrastructure
