        Senior Analyst/Manager – Project Management Office (PMO)

        Join our Financial Operations team in Hyderabad

        We are looking for a Senior Analyst / Manager for the Project Management Office (PMO) role in Financial Operations (FinOp) to join our firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The FinOp group forms an integral part of our global operations. Some of the group's core responsibilities include preparation of financial statements, calculation of various fees, P&L reporting, expense allocations and budgeting, tax compliance and planning, regulatory compliance and filings, processing accounts payables, investor reporting, and valuation of private positions. Additionally, the group also undertakes various projects with a view to improving stakeholder experience and becoming increasingly efficient and preparing for future requirements of the firm.

        What you’ll do day-to-day

        In this role, as part of the PMO team, you will be working closely with the FinOp Group heads to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of our projects and initiatives. On a periodic basis, you will compile quarterly updates for Managing Directors (MDs), synthesizing information from various departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness. You will also manage agendas and meeting minutes for GH meetings, documenting all action items and following up as necessary. Coordination with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team will be essential for managing recruitment logistics for campus and off-campus hiring, as well as facilitating the onboarding process for interns, fellows, and new joiners in collaboration with Business Partners (BPs). You will oversee intern allocation to projects and track their performance for evaluation before final hiring decisions. You will gather data and draft preparation for Financial Operations (FinOp) activities such as Business Unit (BU) reviews, Vision goals, disaster recovery tests, and business continuity planning. Additionally, you will conduct market research and competitor mapping to support effective hiring strategies, analyzing historical and competitor data in coordination with the TA team. Working with the Talent Development team, you will help develop and monitor training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Furthermore, in the Compliance DESIS team, you will prepare monthly statistical reports for senior stakeholders and ensure cross-vertical coordination for activities such as productivity tracking, documentation, best practice implementation, technology initiatives, and training and development. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various teams will be crucial to your success in this role.

        Who we’re looking for

        Basic Qualifications: 

        • A master’s degree with 3-5 years of work experience in managing project management office (PMO) / strategy and operations
        • The ability to excel in managing multiple projects and the motivation, along with a passionate desire to learn and an interest in taking on new challenges
        • Effective written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to program and manage challenging, high-impact projects
        • The ability to work independently and be result-oriented
        • Qualities of a critical thinker with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
        • A reputation and track record for collaborating with Business Leaders okay, thanks as a true Business Partner
        • An uncanny ability to embrace ambiguity with a high level of comfort

        Preferred Qualifications:

        • An experience in working with global offices and the ability to collaborate across multiple regions
